When a document lacks Metadata or Searchable Text in its body, a Unitization Review is performed to arrange the documents in a meaningful sequence or Parent-Child Hierarchy. This type of review is conducted by looking for various physical prints on a document such as paper clips, staple marks, etc.
Application of the human mind is still required to club the documents by taking into account their title, numbering, and other logical signs. The documents are then unitized by giving them one group identifier.
