Privilege Review

Documents are analyzed for the presence of any Privileged Communication or Information. Privileged communication is protected by law and a party can refuse to produce such documents during litigation even if such documents contain communication or data relevant to the litigation. This type of review requires more attention to detail and is more time consuming than other types of reviews.
